Where are your products made?
All MAMA MOON BOTANICALS products are formulated and packaged in small batches in Sausalito, California. We use plant-based ingredients and never use synthetic fragrance, phthalates, or other unnecessary additives.

Are your products natural?
Yes. Our products are made with botanical ingredients and are vegan and cruelty-free.

Do your products expire?
Because they are made with natural materials, we recommend using them within 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before use during pregnancy.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are eligible for store credit, minus shipping and a restocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll help resolve it.
